Designed in Germany, the Honing Steel is designed to maintain the cutting edge on Viking Culinary Professional Cutlery. For long cutlery life, hone the cutting edge on your cutlery before or after each use. Your sharpening steel has been magnetized to capture the small metal particles released during sharpening. To maintain, hand wash and dry after use and do not let it come in contact with other sharpening steels or magnetic objects. The Viking Culinary Professional Cutlery line is backed by a lifetime warranty. Viking products began with a passion for cooking.
